Soul mapping for your inner knowing

Hello Lovely!

I have just enjoyed the most goooooooorgeous evening checking in with the voice of my soul. I’ve  been collecting gorgeous inspirational images almost 12 weeks.

This evening I began to collage my intuitive guidance.

Maybe this is something you could do?

Dark Autumn evenings are the perfect time to create a  juicy project like this.

Here is a little quickie guide to manifesting the life you were destined to live!

What you will need to get started:

• A gorgeous scrap book – one you love.
• Some inspirational magazines.
• Some glue – I like pritt stick.
• A pair of scissors.
• Some beautiful uplifting or inspirational music.

Tips…

• Try not to engage your head in this exercise – only your heart!
• This project is NOT about goal setting, it’s about following the direction of your soul.
• Remember that your pure essence/soul knows what you need and deserve.
• Never restrict your dreams – go wild in this creativity journal.
• This tool is for piecing together a jigsaw puzzle of your soul’s knowing.
• Your images may reflect a different picture from what you ‘think’ you need/deserve/want in your life right now.
• Make sure you are magnetically drawn/attracted to each image.
• Choose beautiful colours, textures faces and words.
• When you have lots of images begin to group them together, ie. work, relationships, healing, love, loving me…
• What do the images say about how you feel?
• What do they say about the future you deserve?
• Once you have created your creativity journal - look at it each day.
• Imagine with a passion that you are living this life and feeling the feelings.
• Watch your dreams manifest as your sub-conscious mind goes to work bringing your vision into reality.
• Ask yourself if you are in the winter, spring, summer or autumn of this manifestation.
• Accept the universe will manifest your dreams at the best time for your soul.
• Never give up on your dreams my darling.
• Become your essence, your perfection, the wonder of who you were born to be!
